Common questions
How much commission do I earn?
You earn 20% recurring commission on every payment your referral makes for the first 12 months. No cap.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed on the 1st of every month for the previous month's commissions. Minimum payout threshold is $50.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
No limit. Refer 1 or 1,000 — you earn commission on all of them.
Do I need to be a customer to refer?
No. You can join the referral program without being a Kerveros AI customer yourself.
What if my referral upgrades their plan?
You earn commission on the upgraded amount. If they downgrade, your commission adjusts accordingly.
How long does the referral cookie last?
90 days. If someone clicks your link and subscribes within 90 days, you get credit.
